Connecticut's Seaside Ghosts

tales of ghosts and hauntings from Connecticut's shore

Welcome!

Glad you dropped  by!

I've posted this site as a web enhancement to the book Connecticut's Seaside Ghosts.  It includes additional photographs, commentary and extras not found in the book. It is not intended to replace the actual book, though a very brief synopsis of the 13 chapters can be found here.

Due to printing limitations, I was only able to include 65 photos in the book, and all of these had been reduced to black and white.  Those included were culled from my collection of several hundred photos, many of which I have included here in all their glorious color.  Interested readers can view many more photos here.

The book will be in stores soon, with an official release date of April 2nd, 2008.  In the meantime, it is available via all major online booksellers and from the publisher for $14.99 at:

www.schifferbooks.com

Chapter summaries and commentary are grouped together here under "chapters."  Photo albums for individual chapters are listed separately, each under its own heading.  I can be contacted via email for persons and institutions interested in presentations and/or book signings.  Write me at:

I am very busy at present with my current project, Ghost Towns of Connecticut, which should be completed by December of 2008, and in stores by the Spring of 2009.

My companion website for Ghost Towns is still under construction, but can be viewed at www.ctghosttowns.com.

All photos and text are, of course, the sole copyright of myself.  The cover art appearing on the Home page (and on the cover of the book) is the magnificent work, and copyright, of Kirsten Moorhead.

Have fun and thanks for visiting!
